Nominate Products

The application is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Once your nomination and payment are submitted, you are officially entered.

Nomination Checklist

Below is a quick checklist with everything you need to complete the entry form.

Company name and URL
Product name, description, and URL
Social media handles
Category: outline how your product aligns with the judging criteria for the selected category. Be succinct in your answers; you’ll also have the opportunity to provide a demo to each of your judges.
Supplemental materials to support nominations (PDF, video, link, etc.) can be submitted with each entry
Contact information for two (2) contacts
Logo (high resolution)

Pricing

Nominate early to receive the best pricing on the CODiE Awards. If you are a technology leader, consultant, researcher or a decisionmaker for implementing new technology solutions, volunteer to judge to receive special pricing AND receive the opportunity to preview leading edge technologies.

Early Nominations: $995*         
Regular Nominations: $1150*
Late Nominations: $1390

*15% discount applied for 3+ nominations

Evaluate: First Round Review

July 14 - September 12

(80% of the overall score)

Starting July 14, nominees will receive an email with a link to access their judge assignments. Each nomination will be assigned two judges, so it’s important to contact them as soon as possible to arrange demos—especially if you’re entered in multiple categories. Keep in mind that demos may take some time to coordinate.

Note: Participants and judges are located around the world, and their availability may be influenced by work, travel, and classroom schedules. Please be mindful of different time zones and schedules. If all parties agree, it may be easier to conduct demos with multiple judges at once or to submit pre-recorded demos.

After completing the demos, judges will score each entry based on the category-specific criteria.

Finalists will be announced on September 24, 2025. All nominees will be notified by this date whether they are finalists. Finalists will receive next steps and PR materials to help promote their finalist status.

Evaluate: Second Round Review

September 29-October 10

(20% of the overall score)

The heavy lifting is done! In the second round, finalists receive a peer review by industry leaders and partners. This is a quick review of materials provided in the entry form, and a great way for many leaders to learn more about your product and company. No additional demo is required.

October 22, 2025

Winners will be announced October 22, 2025 and the lucky winners will receive press mention and materials to help promote their win.
