The application is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Once your nomination and payment are submitted, you are officially entered.

Nomination Checklist

Below is a quick checklist with everything you need to complete the entry form.

Company name and URL
Product name, description, and URL
Social media handles
Category: outline how your product aligns with the judging criteria for the selected category. Be succinct in your answers; you’ll also have the opportunity to provide a demo to each of your judges.
Supplemental materials to support nominations (PDF, video, link, etc.) can be submitted with each entry
Contact information for two (2) contacts
Logo (high resolution)

Evaluate: First Round Review

April 13 - June 5, 2026

(80% of the overall score)

Starting July 21, nominees will receive an email with a personalized link to access their judge assignments.

Each nomination will be reviewed by two judges. It’s important to reach out immediately to schedule demos—especially if you’re nominated in multiple categories.

Keep in mind: Judges and participants are located around the world, and their availability may vary due to work, travel, or academic schedules. Be mindful of time zones when scheduling.

You’re welcome to host a joint session with multiple judges or share a pre-recorded demo as long as the judges agree.

Once demos are complete, judges will evaluate each entry based on category-specific criteria.

Finalists will be announced on June 17, 2026.

Evaluate: Second Round Review

June 17 - July 3, 2026

(20% of the overall score)

The heavy lifting is done! In the second round, finalists receive a peer review by industry leaders and partners. This is a quick review of materials provided in the entry form, and a great way for many leaders to learn more about your product and company. No additional demo is required.

July 22, 2026

Winners will be announced July 22, 2026 and the lucky winners will receive press mention and materials to help promote their win.
